Hi, I’m Grace — a stylist who believes great hair is more than just a look, it’s a feeling. Specializing in blondes and effortless, lived-in styles, I love creating hair that grows out beautifully and feels as natural as it looks stunning.
For me, doing hair isn’t just a career — it’s an art form and a passion I’ve poured my heart into.
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m spending quality time with my biggest blessings: my husband and our sweet one-year-old boy. Family keeps me grounded, and love fuels everything I do — in and out of the salon.
Stephanie Branum
Hi, I'm Stephanie, a nursing student and licensed cosmetologist who brings care, creativity, and people-first energy to everything I do. As the scheduler at The Process Co, I'm passionate about helping others and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
For me, this role combines my love of connecting with people and my natural knack for organization. I believe that great experiences start with great communication and attention to detail.
When I'm not coordinating schedules, you'll find me outdoors soaking up nature, hitting the books for nursing school, or planning my next travel adventure. I'm excited to be part of this amazing team — even from behind the scenes!

With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, Lacey Hubbard brings passion, expertise, and heart to every appointment. Her journey in hairstyling has been driven by a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Opening The Process Co. in May 2025 was the culmination of Lacey's vision to create something special. A salon where technical excellence meets genuine care. Her approach combines advanced training in color theory, cutting techniques, and hair health with an intuitive understanding of what makes each client unique.
Lacey specializes in creating custom color formulations and precision cuts that not only look stunning but also work with your lifestyle and hair texture. She's passionate about educating clients on maintaining healthy hair between visits and building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
When she's not behind the chair, Lacey continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education, ensuring that TPC clients always receive the latest techniques and treatments the industry has to offer.
