How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer standalone haircuts or blowouts?

We offer full-service packages that include your cut and style along with color, treatments, or glossing services. This allows us to give you the complete, balanced result you deserve. Give us a call to chat about which package fits your hair goals!


How much will my service cost?

Our packages start at $175 and go up depending on the service, your hair's thickness, and length. Our website pricing reflects our Master Stylist rates. If you're seeing one of our other talented stylists, call the salon for a personalized quote.

What's included in my color appointment?

Every coloring and chemical service includes a detailed consultation and a K18 bond building treatment. We want your hair to look amazing AND stay healthy.


How do I confirm my appointment?

You'll receive a confirmation text the day before and the day of your appointment. Just reply to confirm! If we don't hear back the day before, your spot may be released to another client on our waitlist.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be invoiced a $75 fee. Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment require full payment before rebooking.


What happens if I'm running late?

We get it, traffic is unpredictable. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we can't guarantee you'll receive your full service, but you'll still be charged for the originally scheduled appointment. Just give us a heads up!


What if I don't love my hair after my appointment?

We want you to LOVE your hair. If something feels off, contact us within 5 days of your appointment and we'll make adjustments. These are typically complimentary unless there's been a change of heart on what you originally wanted.


Can I bring my kids or pets?

We love them, but the salon isn't the safest environment for little ones or fur babies. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare or pet-sitting for your appointment. If that's not possible, just give us 24 hours notice to reschedule.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept checks. Payment is due at the time of your service.


Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, but we do offer store credit for retail products that are defective. All sales on hair tools are final.


What products do you use and sell?

We use and carry professional products including K18, Davines, and Glow Beauty brushes. Ask your stylist for recommendations based on your hair type and goals!
