Confirming Appointments

As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent out the day before and day of the appointment. Please confirm your appointment or let us know that you need to cancel AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. If we do not hear back the DAY BEFORE, you will receive a courtesy text informing you that your appointment has been canceled and filled with another client.

No Call No Show

If an appointment is scheduled and confirmed and The Process Co. is not notified within our cancellation window of 24 hours, and you do not come for your appointment, it will be considered a No Call No Show. This affects my ability to fill the spot with a client on the wait list. Any No call No show client will be invoiced the entire amount of the missed appointment and only rescheduled after the invoice is paid.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. With that being said, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, then you will be invoiced a $75 fee for your missed appointment. If you cancel within 4 hours of the start time of the appointment, then the full amount must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled. All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.

Color or Haircut Adjustments

Here at The Process Co., we want you to love your hair. If for any reason you do not, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your original appointment so adjustments can be made. This adjustment will generally be complimentary UNLESS there was a change of heart on the clients behalf.

Lateness for appointment

In order to stay on schedule, I ask that you are on time for your appointment. In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your scheduled services in full. You will however be charged for the originally scheduled services.

Refunds and Store Credit

We do not offer any refunds of any kind. We do offer store credit for retail products that are defective. No refund will be offered on hair tools and all sales are final.

Children and Animals

We love kids and animals, but the salon is a very dangerous place for both kids and animals. We ask that you DO NOT bring your children or animals to the salon. If no child care is available, kindly give 24 hours notice for your cancellation.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of the service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
